3. Prices and Payments

3.1 All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT (Value Added Tax) unless otherwise stated.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 We ship within Finland and to select EU countries. Shipping fees and delivery times vary by location and are displayed during checkout.
4.2 Delivery estimates are approximate. We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as postal strikes or natural disasters.
4.3 If a package is damaged during transit, please notify us immediately and document the damage.

5. Returns and Cancellations

5.1 Under Finnish and EU laws, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases, starting from the day you receive the product.
5.2 To initiate a return, contact us at info@altarit.eu and provide your order details. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned at your expense.
5.3 Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
5.4 Certain products, such as hygiene items, digital downloads, and perishable goods, are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

6. Warranty and Liability

6.1 All products sold by us are covered by the mandatory warranty provisions under Finnish law.
6.2 If a product is faulty, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the circumstances. Notify us as soon as possible at info@altarit.eu.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be held liable for any:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
  • Loss of profits, revenue, or data;
  • Any damages arising from delays, interruptions, or unavailability of our services or products.

10.2 Our total liability for any claim relating to the purchase of products is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
